Cancellation by Customers

Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service date.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

Important Notice: Hanaset is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, such as third-party integration fees or other related expenses. We recommend considering this before making a booking.

Cancellation by Hanaset

Alternate Time or Full Refund: If Hanaset needs to cancel a scheduled service, we will either provide an alternate time for the service or issue a full refund of the booking amount.
